FS: 1968 GMT 1675, very nice, correct watch.

FOR SALE:
1968 GMT-MASTER 1675, serial 2.01 million. This GMT 1675 is very correct - down to the date wheel, tritium hands and dial. Bracelet is a USA oval link "large coronet clasp" with 22 links. Perfect, nicely-faded, red-back bezel insert with a pinkish fade to the red. The hands and dial are in excellent condition with all the original lume on the dial which is free from any scratches or marks.
The case back is stamped IV 68 (fourth quarter of 1968.
The case appears very original, it could very well be unpolished, or had a very light polish decades ago. It has very fat lugs which still exhibit the original chamfers. There is no corrosion on the case back, inner case or between the lugs. The top of the crown guards appear to have the original brushed satin finish as found on the GMT's from this era. The date wheel is correct with the "hooked 7" date disc.
The watch was serviced a couple years ago which I will warranty until 12/31/17, with my local watchmaker. It is currently running within COSC specifications.
