DAY-DATE model 118238, complete set, white Romans dial. Like new!

FOR SALE:
2018 DAY-DATE, double quick-set model 118238, in "like new" condition.
The watch has been very minimally polished in the past with the case exhibiting no signs of wear. The bracelet is in "like new" condition and does not appear to have any stretch from previous use.
I do not have an information regarding any previous service but it is currently running within COSC specifications. I will offer a warranty through the end of the year (12/21/22) by my local watchmaker here in Dallas.
This watch is priced below other complete sets found in the market that are less than five years old and have the very desirable white Romans dial.

1) 2018 DAY-DATE, 18K yellow gold with scrambled serial number 028PXXXX
2) Factory original, white, Roman numerals dial as identified on the warranty card
3) 18K, model 83208 bracelet with 5AK clasp code and all original solid links (unlike the earlier DAY-DATE links which were hollow)
4) Inner and outer box set
5) Both booklets - Your Rolex Oyster and Day-Date booklet
6) Red chronometer hang tag
8) Warranty card dated September 9, 2018
PRICE / RETURNS / SHIPPING:
$28,000 plus wire/shipping fees. Shipping with full insurance will be through Inforsure and to maximize security for the package, shipping is preferred to a FedEx owned and operated location.
Returns will be accepted if the watch is misrepresented and returned to my possession by the buyer within 72 hours of receipt and in the same condition as when it was purchased and mailed to the buyer.
