FOR SALE:
Mint condition, glossy black dial for the early GMT 16750 models which followed the matte dial era. The first version of the glossy dials from 1984 read Oyster Perpetual and the second variation read Oyster Perpetual Date. The dial being offered here for sale is the second variation and would be correct for the early GMT 16750 models with serial numbers beginning around 8.5 million and possibly a little earlier.
These early dials were very prone to cracking and corrosion. This mint dial is original and has not been altered in any manner and maintains its original gloss and is free from any defects that plagued these glossy dials.
